None represents the petitioner at the time of call. Though there is no direction for service of the contempt application upon the alleged contemnor but learned advocate representing the KMC has obtained instruction from the Executive Engineer (Civil) Building Borough VII signed on 22nd November, 2023 mentioning that in compliance of the direction passed by the Court, hearing was conducted before the Special Officer (Building) on 20th December, 2022, 10th February, 2023 and 14th March, 2023 but none appeared in any of the dates of hearing.

Special Officer (Building) issued the demolition order on 22nd March, 2023 and forwarded copy of the demolition order upon all the concerned parties. As the present respondents failed to comply the order passed by the Special Officer (Building), a demolition programme has been fixed on 25th November, 2023 at 11.30 A.M. Necessary instruction has been forwarded to Karaya Police Station to remain present at premises no. B/86C/H/1, Fazlul Haque Sarani, Ward-64, Borough-VII of the Corporation.

Let the instruction be retained with the records. The contempt application is directed to appear in the list once again on 14th December, 2023 for noting further updates.
