In addition to the grounds urged therefor, the petitioners are also aggrieved by an order refusing to entertain an application under Section 91 of the Cr. P.C. for preservation of the CCTV footage.

Counsel for the State submits that investigation into the said FIR has been completed and charge sheet No. 253 dated March 31, 2022, has been filed.

This Court is of the view that the petitioners have comprehensive and alternative remedy of appeal against the order under Section 91 of the Cr. P.C. and against the chargesheet under Section 482 of the Cr. P.C.

In the above circumstances, no order can be passed in the instant writ petition.

W.P.A. No. 8458 of 2023 is, thus, disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
