From the report it appears petitioner has complied with the condition of bail imposed upon him i.e. to meet the Officer-in-charge of the police station within the jurisdiction of which he resides once in a fortnight.

Accordingly, condition of bail imposed upon the petitioner i.e. to meet the Officer-in-charge of the police station within the jurisdiction where he resides once in a fortnight is modified and he is directed to meet the said officer once in a month until further orders. Other conditions of bail shall continue.
