The instant writ petition was taken up for hearing on 30th March, 2012. Even on that date the petitioners were not represented by their learned Advocate. Subsequently, the petitioner never took any step for hearing of the instant writ petition. The conduct of the petitioner suggests that he is not interested to proceed with the instant writ petition and accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed for default.
