Mr. Rudradipta Nandy Mr. Ranabir Roychowdhury Mrs. Monisha Sharma .....For the State Record of the revisional application is the subject-matter of challenge related to Malda Police Station Case No.223 of 2020 dated 16.04.2020 under Sections 409/ 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The case was preferred at a stage when the investigation of the said police station case was in progress. More than one year and eleven months have been passed. The records of the revisional application reflect that at the time of admission on 16.04.2021 a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court was pleased to observe that there should not be any interference with the investigation and the same must proceed uninterfered.

Having regard to the fact that substantial time has progressed in the meantime and there is bound to be change of circumstances. Accordingly, the revisional application being, C.R.R. 1121 of 2021 is disposed of with a direction that the petitioner would be at liberty to take the points canvassed herein at the stage of consideration of charges. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All parties are directed to act on the server copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this Hon'ble Court.
