Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there has been no recovery from the present petitioner and falsely he has been implicated in connection with the instant case and he is in custody for about 84 days.

Learned advocate for the State submits that it is the petitioner from whom the case emerged and the investigation of the case is still under progress.

Having considered the investigation is in progress and there has been alleged recovery of 296 Kgs. of Ganja, I am not

inclined to accede to the prayer advanced by the petitioner at this stage.

Petitioner will renew his prayer for bail at a subsequent stage.

Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 698 of 2026 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
