Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. The main issue involved in this writ petition relates to cancellation of petitioner's registration on the ground of non-filing of return. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to pay all the revenue due till date, which is required to be paid by the petitioner for restoration of his registration.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 8465 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent authority concerned to intimate the petitioner the amount of revenue due till date which is required to be paid by the petitioner for restoration of his registration, within seven days from date and open the portal for a period of 30 days to enable the petitioner to pay the revenue due to be intimated by

the respondents concerned. In case of default in making payment by the petitioner within 30 days from the date of opening the portal, this order will not have any force and the respondent authority will be free to close the portal again and proceed against the petitioner in accordance with law.

Since this writ petition is disposed of at the motion stage without calling for any affidavit, the allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed to have been denied by the respondents.
