Debra PS Case No. 212 of 2024 and Debra PS Case No. 213 of 2024 were progressing.

The petitioner's main grievance is relating to Debra PS Case No. 496 of 2023.

A fresh report has been submitted before this court wherein the investigating

officer in connection with the aforesaid case has stated as follows:

"The Charge Sheet was submitted keeping a provision to submit supplementary Charge Sheet after obtaining expert report from the Cyber Forensic and Digital Evidence Examiner's Laboratory, Kolkata and after collecting of more evidences during further investigation. This refers to Debra PS Charge Sheet NO-582/25 dtd-06.09.2025 U/S-417/420/406/408/409/468/120B IPC".

In view of the primary grievance of the petitioner being addressed, if the petitioner is further aggrieved in respect of the investigation, he will ventilate his grievance(s) before the jurisdictional court. In case, the petitioner prays for documents under Section 207 of the Cr.P.C. before preferring any application under Section 173(8) of the Cr.P.C., the learned Special Court will hand over the documents under Section 207 of the Cr.P.C. to the petitioner, particularly, those on which the prosecution has relied upon to prove its case.

The learned Special Court would

also independently decide the issue(s) which will be canvassed in the application under Section 173(8) of the Cr.P.C. and would direct the concerned investigating officer of the SIT, if required, for further investigation.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 9264 of 2024 disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the petitioner.
