Having considered the statements of the witnesses as well as the seizure memo disclosing involvement of the petitioners in the alleged joint possession of 7.5 liters of codeine mixture, which is above commercial quantity and in the light of the statutory restrictions under section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
