The said report reflects that the investigating officer has sent request to the petitioner on September 2025.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is aggrieved as the petitioner has been requested to accompany the investigating officer to Bihar as the petitioner complains that she is feeling insecure to go to Bihar because of the influence which the inmates of her matrimonial home are having in the locality. Learned advocate specifically insists on this issue.

There are some reservations of the petitioner also regarding the nature of language which has been used by the police authorities so far as the notices are concerned.

Police authorities have taken steps. However, if the petitioner has any feeling of insecurity particularly, with regard to recovery of Stridhan articles from Bihar, in that case petitioner will

inform the learned ACJM, Bidhannagar. Learned ACJM, Bidhannagar would accordingly direct the investigating officer to act in a particular manner concerned.

It is further stated that if the petitioner has any other issues, the same be brought to the notice of learned ACJM, Bidhannagar who is in seisin of Bidhannagar Women P.S. Case No. 11 of 2025.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 8475 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
