Petitioner renews the prayer for bail.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not named in the First Information Report. The petitioner is sought to be proceeded against on the basis of the statement of the co-accused. The petitioner was falsely implicated. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that a victim of murder, was sought to be passed of as a victim of an accident. He refers to the materials in the case diary. There are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioner.

There is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection dated January 17, 2022. Consequently, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. C.R.M. (DB) 1206 of 2022 is dismissed.
