In view of the order dated 7th September, 2022 passed by a Division Bench of this court in CRM (DB) 2718 of 2022( Ved Prakash Arya -vs- State of West Bengal & Ors.), Mr. Madhusudan Sur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in this case, the victim is an important witness who have been converted into accused which was taken care of by the Hon'ble Division Bench and an elaborate order has been passed.

Having regard to the same, I am of the opinion that nothing is left in this revisional application. Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 1122 of 2021 is dismissed as infractuous.
