It appears that an inadvertent typographical error had crept into the order dated 24.04.2025.

At heading of the order sheet, it should actually be "Lalgola Police Station Case No.103 of 2025 dated 08.02.2025 under Sections 108/107(2)/118(2)/126(2)/3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023" instead of "Hasnabad P.S. Case No.518 of 2024 dated 28.10.2024 under Sections 85/316(2)/117(2)/109/351(2)/3(5) of the BNS, 2023 and Section 4 of the D.P. Act". The inadvertent typographical error is hereby corrected and the order dated 24.04.2025 shall always be read conjointly with this order.
