Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are similarly placed as other accused who has been granted bail on 30.03.2026 in CRM(NDPS) 572 of 2026.

Learned advocate appearing for the State, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for bail, but is unable to refute the contention of the petitioners that petitioners are similarly placed as the other accused who has been granted bail. In view of the aforesaid, the present petitioners viz. 1. Susanta Malakar and 2. Biswajit Debnath be released on bail on the same terms and conditions on which the other accused viz. Ram Halder has been granted bail on 30.03.2026 in CRM (NDPS) 572 of 2026.

As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed.

The application for bail, being CRM (NDPS) 700 of 2026, is, thus, disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
