The petitioner was the Headmaster of Joykrishnapur High School, District - Purba Burdwan and has retired from his said service on superannuation on January 31, 2022.

Mr. Mina, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that almost all of the grievances of the petitioner have been resolved inasmuch as pursuant to the directions passed by this Court, except provident fund, the petitioner has received the gratuity, commuted value of Pension and arrear Pension.

Mr. Uday Sankar Chattopadhyay, learned counsel for the school authority submits that the petitioner has completed his incomplete works as directed by the order dated May 03, 2023.

Mr. Supriya Chattopadhyay, learned senior Government Advocate submits that to get the Provident Fund amount, some formalities are required

to be completed by the petitioner through the Managing Committee of the School.

Mr. Mina submits that the petitioner has already applied to the Managing Committee for steps to be taken for disbursement of the Provident Fund amount, the Managing Committee of the school is directed to take steps for release of the Provident Fund amount of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law.

With the above, W.P.A. 8082 of 2022 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
