Petitioners have approached this Court as the 06.05.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.6 Rakib private respondents are obstructing the business of the petitioner by affixing a big door. To that effect information was furnished to the police authorities.

A report has been submitted by the Officer-inCharge, Kalighat Police Station. I have considered the contents of the information so furnished with the police authorities and it is reflected that the property is a thika tenancy property. Considering the same the concerned authorities and/or the Civil Court would decide in respect of any civil dispute between the parties.

Police authorities would oversee that there is no breach of the peace and/or tranquility and/or any untoward incidents resulting from the strained relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 8476 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
