The matter has come up in the list at the instance of the writ petitioner.

Mr. Samanta, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner has pointed out to a typographical mistake at page 5 of this Court's order dated September 30, 2024, which may be corrected in the following manner:- (i) Let "superannuated on February 28, 2023"

be substituted in place and stead of "superannuated on February 1, 2019" at point no.(ii), at page 5 of the order dated September 30, 2024.

Let this order form part and parcel of the earlier order of this Court, dated September 30, 2024. (Rai Chattopadhyay, J.)
