It is submitted by Mr. Malay Kumar Roy, learned counsel appearing for the alleged contemnor, Mr. M.V. Rao that final order has been passed by the Managing Director and the same communicated to the petitioners on December 3, 2021.

In that view of the matter, the contempt application shall stand disposed of. Rule, if any, shall also stand discharged.

The personal presence of the alleged contemnors is dispensed with.

A copy of the order has been handed over to the counsel for the petitioners.
