The present revisional application is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the impugned order dated 04.03.2011 passed by the learned Trial Court in connection with Title Suit No. 10/2005. The revisional application has already been decided/disposed of by this Court by passing an order dated 12.05.2017. Thereafter, an application was taken out at the behest of the petitioners with a prayer for passing an appropriate order which was filed after passing of the said order dated 12.05.2017. 3.

It appears that the hearing of this application is pending since the year 2019. Since the main revisional application being CO/1281/2011 has already been decided/disposed of then there is no justification to entertain the application filed by the petitioner once again.

Accordingly, the application being CAN/3/2017 (Old No.:CAN/9892/2017) is dismissed for default. (Prasenjit Biswas, J.)
