1. The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the information which was furnish by the Officer-in-Charge, Maheshtala Police Station. The petitioner complains that in spite of the petitioner sustaining injury due to losing control while he was riding on the motorcycle with his elder brother near Sampriti Flyover, no steps were taken by the police in spite of informing the police station. However, the petitioner's grievance is that the verification report was not submitted in respect of the injury sustained and as such the petitioner was unable to claim his insurance.

2. In view of the grievance expressed in the representation dated February 5, 2025, the petitioner would meet the Officer-inCharge, Maheshtala Police Station who would ensure that the verification report in respect of the instant application be

sent to the Insurance Company which has been referred to in the representation already furnished.

3. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 9968 of 2025 is disposed of.

4. Report so submitted be kept with the records. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

5. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties upon all formalities, if applied for. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
