This is an application for restoration of the writ petition which was dismissed for default by an order passed on 24th January, 2023.

Sufficient grounds being made out, the application is allowed. The order passed on 24th January, 2023 is set aside.

The writ petition being WPA 6939 of 2018 be restored to its original file and number.

The application being CAN 1 of 2023 is disposed of. Re : WPA 6939 of 2018 Upon consideration of the submission made on behalf of the parties that the subject matter of the writ petition is pending before an Hon'ble Division Bench, the

interim order granted earlier and extended from time to time be extended till disposal of the writ petition. Let the matter go out of list.
