Heard the learned Counsels appearing on behalf of the parties.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected in April, 2020. Progress in the matter was delayed due to prevailing pandemic conditions.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
