Petitioners seek anticipatory bail.

Considering the fact that the petitioners were absconding since October 21, 2019 when the police case was lodged and considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM (A) 2068 of 2022, is rejected.
