The dispute is resolved.
Mr. Mal, learned advocate for the respondent nos.2 and 3 submits on instruction that the rejection order which the petitioner was served with on the ground that the security deposit of Rs.40,000/- had not been received by the Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, shall be recalled. Due to a technical error, electronic transfer of the money by the petitioner was not reflected in the portal of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited.
The learned advocate for the Punjab National Bank has contended that the money was transferred.
Under such circumstances, direction is passed upon the Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited to recall the rejection order within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order and proceed in accordance with law. Accordingly, the order impugned is set aside.
The writ petition is disposed of.
Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
