Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that during pendency of the bail application, the petitioner is found not guilty by the trial court and as such he is acquitted from the said case and as such the present application has become infructuous.

In such view of the matter, CRM (NDPS) 474 of 2025 stands dismissed being infructuous. A copy of the judgment passed by the trial court dated May 23, 2025 is taken on record.

Urgent certified copy of this order, duly applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
