Learned Counsel for both the parties submit that the present application has been preferred for passing appropriate orders in the context of previous leave granted by a Coordinate Bench in connection with the appeal on April 23, 2024, whereby the parties were permitted to approach the appropriate court under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

Subsequently, the parties approached the trial court, upon which a mutual consent divorce decree has been passed by the learned Trial Judge on October 4, 2024, a copy of which is also annexed to the present application.

In such view of the matter, the present appeal has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, CAN 4 of 2025 is allowed.

Consequentially, FA 232 of 2010 is disposed of as infructuous in the light of the above observations. 5.

The other pending applications, being CAN 1 of 2015 (Old No: CAN 4236 of 2015), CAN 2 of 2022 and CAN 3 of 2024, are also disposed of accordingly. 6.

No order as to costs.
