The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the funds are not being distributed among the Panchayat on the population basis and not being distributed rationally affecting the public interest. He has also pointed out that the petitioner's representation dated 20th April, 2022 in this regard is already pending before the respondent no.4 i.e. Block Development Officer, Kaliachak 1 No. Block Kaliachak, Malda.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection in deciding the representation within a time bound period. Hence, at this stage we dispose of the present petition directing the respondent no.4 to duly consider the petitioner's representation dated 20th April, 2022 in

accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
