1. Petitioner submits dispute arose between the parties over cutting grass. He has been falsely implicated.

2. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

3. We have considered the materials on record including the injury report. Injury report shows serious injury on hand and wrist.

4. In view of the nature of injury, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

6. C.R.M. (A) No. 1139 of 2024 is dismissed.
