Mr. Ranadev Sengupta Mr. Abhinaba Mukherjee .....Advocates Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there are some incurable defects in the application for anticipatory bail. As such, the petitioner would not like to press the same and will instead file an appropriate application afresh on the self-same grounds.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail being CRM (A) 1281 of 2025 is dismissed as not pressed. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner from filing a proper application afresh on the self-same grounds.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
