It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that due to death of his mother, the petitioner wants to change the nomination in the Pension Payment Order in place and stead of the deceased mother by inserting the name of the petitioner's wife.

On behalf of the respondent authorities, it is submitted that the necessary documents have been furnished by the petitioner and the aforesaid exercise should be completed as early as possible.

In such circumstances, WPA 8504 of 2023 stands disposed of by directing the respondent no. 4 to act in accordance with law and take necessary steps as expeditiously as possible to change the nomination in the Pension Payment

Order by inserting the name of the petitioner's wife in place and stead of his deceased mother. It is expected that the aforesaid exercise should be completed within 4 weeks from the date of this order.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
