We have considered the materials on record. Report is placed on record. Prosecution arguments are complete. Defence arguments are in progress.

In view of the matured stage of the proceeding, we are not willing to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

Trial court is requested to conclude the trial within three months from date. No adjournment shall be given in course of arguments.
