It is fairly submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in view of the subsequent events which have transpired including the rejection of the application filed under section 14 of the Act nothing survives in this application and the petitioner is not interested in proceeding with the same.

In view of the above, WPA 8912 of 2026 stands dismissed.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to agitate its grievance before the concerned Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRT). It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case

and all issues are left open for the DRT to adjudicate upon in accordance with law.
