C.R.R. 1674 of 2025 In the matter of:- Rajasri Roy Chowdhury Mr. Rajesh Kshetry Ms. Sompurna Chatterjee Ms. Ritu Das ...for the petitioner Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner is the de facto complainant in this case. An FIR was registered as Phoolbagan Police Station Case No. 210 dated 25.08.2021 under Sections 504/323/509/354/506 and 114 of the Indian Penal Code. A charge sheet was submitted on 10.10.2021 citing six witnesses. Yet, till date the proceeding has not been concluded. Even charges have not been framed. The proceeding has remained pending for no fault of the present petitioner.

It appears that some delay has been occasioned in conducting the proceeding, especially after submission of charge sheet.

The learned trial Court is, therefore, requested to conclude the proceeding as expeditiously as possible, especially to decide on the question of framing of charges at the earliest, preferably within six months from the next date of hearing.

With these observations, the revisional application is disposed of.
