Petitioner is aggrieved that his representation dated 31st March, 2025 was never considered by the police authorities and the main grievance now is that the petitioner is unable to attend the college. Police authorities enquired into the accusations and found that the petitioner never attended the college since January, 2025. Police authorities had checked the same from the principal of the college and relying upon such version the report has been placed before this Court.

Be that as it may, since the subject matter relates to an issue of a student, I grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the principal of the college with

the representation. The principal of the college would take care and caution for the petitioner to attend the college unhindered by any obstruction. Since there are cases and counter cases having been registered, I am of the view that no interference is made and it would be the absolute discretion of the principal to take care of the student of the college.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 8526 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Needless to state that since no affidavit has been called for, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
