The petitioner's case is that though she is working in the school from 2012, her service has not been approved as yet. She works in a school which is a DA-getting school.

Mr. Basu, learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 4 and 5, submits that a disciplinary proceeding is being contemplated against the petitioner and it will be initiated soon and that is why the steps for approval of her service could not be taken.

I direct the school to take immediate step within 4 (four) weeks from date in accordance with law as per the Amended Management Rules of the West Bengal Board

of Secondary Education, if they really want to initiate disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner. With this observation this writ application is disposed of.
