It appears from the report submitted by the learned District Judge, South 24 Parganas regarding the present status of the proceeding being AC 1589 of 2009, the case had already been withdrawn by the complainant herself, namely, Riya Das nee Dey on 6.3.2019.

Under such circumstances, the instant case has become infructuous.

Accordingly, both the revisional applications are dismissed being infructuous.

Consequently, the connected application is also dismissed being infructuous.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
