1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner was present at the place of occurrence where the minor was subjected to penetrative sexual assault. Offences, if proved, would attract a minimum sentence of twenty years of rigorous imprisonment. Trial is in progress. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
