Petitioner happens to be a tenant of the respondent no. 9. According to the petitioner she is aged and she is being harassed at the behest of the private respondents.

Learned advocate for the state has submitted a report which illustrates the steps taken by the police authorities as and when complaint has been received from either of the side.

Learned advocate for the private respondent submits that eviction decree has already been passed. Accordingly, I direct that the police authorities would ensure that at this stage when a decree of eviction has been passed and there is a

complaint regarding the petitioner having been allegedly physically assaulted, to sensitively deal with the issues and ensure that no breach of the peace takes place and the subsequent act to be followed pursuant to the civil court's decree should be in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 9226 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
