The petitioner seeks inter district transfer from Purulia Circle to any schools in North 24 Parganas under Rajarhat West Circle.

He has completed 5 years of service since February 15, 2017 and has been confirmed.

In those circumstances, the DPSC, Purulia shall forward the petitioner's application along with the comments to the West Bengal Board of Primary Education, within a period of 3 weeks from date.

The Board shall, upon receipt of the communication from the DPSC, Purrulia in consultation with the DPSC, North Parganas, consider the case of the petitioner for inter district transfer strictly in terms of the applicable rules offline, within a period of 10 weeks from date.

Let any order that may be passed by the Board be communicated to the petitioner forthwith.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

8.

There shall be no order as to costs.

9.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
