The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-disposal of an application under section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI).

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that pursuant to orders of Court, the final order under section 14 has been passed by the concerned District Magistrate.

In such circumstances, nothing survives in the writ petition. WPA 8886 of 2026 stands disposed of.

All the parties including the State and the District Magistrate are directed to give all possible assistance in implementation of the above order in accordance with law.
