1. On compliance of the order passed by this Bench, an order of demolition was passed by the Howrah Municipal Corporation which stood set aside by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court by giving further direction.

2. I am of the opinion that nothing survives to be considered in the instant contempt application.

3. It will be open for the petitioner to press contempt if the order passed by the Coordinate Bench on 4th March, 2025 in WPA 17347 of 2024 with CAN 1 of 2024 (Sudip Bhattacharya -vs- Howrah Municipal Corporation & Ors.) is not complied with.

4. The contempt application stands disposed of.
