A joint compromise application has been filed at the behest of the petitioner and the complainant/opposite party no.2. It has been averred in paragraph 3A of the joint compromise application that the complainant is no more willing to proceed with the complaint case No.CN/614 of 2023.

In view of the settlement arrived at and the complainant intends to withdraw the proceedings being CN/614 of 2023 before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 19th Court, Calcutta, I am of the opinion that further continuance of the proceedings are unwarranted in the facts and circumstances of the instant case. Accordingly, all further proceedings of Complaint Case No.CN/614 of 2023 before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 19th Court, Calcutta be hereby quashed.

Consequently, CRR 1356 of 2024 along with CRAN 1 of

2024 is allowed.

Pending other connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order herein is made absolute.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
