The grievance of the petitioner is directed against inaction of the respondent authorities in disposing of an application under section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI).

It is submitted on behalf of the State that by an order dated 14th June, 2026, the application under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 has been disposed of. A copy of the same is kept with the records.

In view of above, nothing survives in the writ petition.

WPA 8880 of 2026 stands disposed of.
