The instant application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, seeking quashing of Complaint Case No. CS/00060523 of 2016 pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 19th Court at Calcutta under Sections 420, 406, 506 read with section 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (M/s. Srei Equipments Finance Ltd. represented though its authorised representative Mr. Sourav Roy Vs. Sanjay Kumar Pandey and Masoque Ali). However, on earlier occasion, neither the petitioner was represented, nor any accommodation sought for. Accordingly, the instant revisional application being CRR 1027 of 2017 is dismissed for default.

Consequently, the application being CRAN 1/2017 (Old CRAN 2110 of 2017) is disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
