For the State The Court has not gone into the allegations made by the petitioners against the Block Development Officer, Ratua-I Development Block. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Block Development Officer, Ratua-I Development Block had nominated one self-help group amongst ten, for the work of supplying essential articles to the ICDS Projects under Ratua-I Block.

The petitioners have already approached the District Magistrate, Malda by filing their objection dated March 28, 2023 which is Annexure P-5 to the writ petition.

Let such objection be disposed of by the District Magistrate, upon granting an opportunity of hearing to a representative of the petitioners, the Block Development Officer, Ratua-I as also the self-help group which was found eligible and recommended by the Block Development Officer.

The issues shall be enquired into and disposed of in accordance with law. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to all concerned.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. All the parties are directed to act on the basis of server copy of this order.
