Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention to the materials in the case diary including the statement of the child of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and two of the neighbours recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The victim died out of burn injuries. There was smell of kerosene oil found on the body as appearing from the postmortem report. There are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioners. Consequently, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioners.

CRM (DB) 1216 of 2022 is rejected.
