Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there has been a change in the name of the petitioner in the meantime and a photocopy of the certificate of incorporation in that regard is filed in court and kept on record.

Necessary consequential amendments to the cause title of the contempt application shall be carried out by the learned Advocate-on-record for the petitioner during the course of the day.

It is submitted that the appeal preferred against the parent order came up before the concerned Division Bench, which has directed it to be listed

one week after the reopening of court subsequent to the upcoming Summer Vacation of this court. 4.

Accordingly, let the contempt application be listed on June 20, 2025 under the same heading to await the orders, if any, passed by the Division Bench. (Sabyasachi Bhattacharyya, J.)
