The first sentence of this petition for anticipatory bail is "That the petitioner is moving this application before your Hon'ble Court for the first time".

The palpable falsity of this statement has been demonstrated by learned advocate for the State by referring to an order dated 18th September, 2020 in CRM 6003 of 2020 whereby the petitioner's earlier application for anticipatory bail was rejected by a coordinate Bench of this Court. The petitioner has indulged in sharp practice. He has tried to hoodwink this Court. In view of the dishonest conduct of the petitioner, we are not inclined even to consider this application for anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail being CRM 3316 of 2021 is dismissed.
