The Civil Revision has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of Ejectment Suit no. 292 of 2018 pending before the Learned Judge 4th Bench, Presidency Small Causes Court at Calcutta.

It is submitted that the suit is pending since 2018 and though the suit is fixed for argument. The matter is not being concluded as the defendant/opposite party herein is praying for adjournment on each and every day.

Considering the relief prayed for, the service is dispensed with and the Civil Revision is disposed of with the direction that the Trial court shall make all endeavour to the dispose of the suit fixed for argument within 60 days from the date of this order in accordance with law.

Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

6.

Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
