No useful purpose will be served by keeping the contempt petition pending. We have not found any willful violation of the concerned judgment and order on the part of the alleged contemnor.

The contempt application is, accordingly, disposed of.

If the petitioner still has any monetary claim against Durgapur Municipal Corporation or the State, he may make appropriate representation to the competent authority in this regard, which will be disposed of in accordance with law.
